His team leads the 魅影直播鈥檚 work on industrial and investment policy, and overseas the delivery of the 魅影直播鈥檚 strategy in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Joe initially joined the 魅影直播 in February 2020 as a Government Affairs Manager, before taking on the Competitiveness brief in July 2023, and joining the 魅影直播鈥檚 leadership team full-time in April 2026.
Prior to joining the 魅影直播, Joe spent several years as a senior public affairs manager at the Royal Society 鈥� the UK鈥檚 national academy for science. Before that he worked in a number of political roles in the UK Parliament.
